Junior MMA Trial

Service Description

MMA for ages 8+. This introductory class will be a 45-minute session teaching the basics for Level 1 MMA (Shorts or athletic pants and a white shirt preferred). During this trial class your child will be active, learn the most modern version of martial arts, and have fun.
